Anyone wishing to provide comments on the EA must submit their comments in writing and/or by fax to the Ministry of the Environment by Friday, Sept. 25, 2009.

All comments must be submitted to:

A copy of all comments will be forwarded to the proponents for their consideration.

Technical comments which address specific deficiencies of the Environmental Assessment are best, but all comments are important.

After the 25th, The Ministry of the Environment will review the EA and all comments and, when finished, will publish their response. This leads to a further public comment period
