homelessness
What if anything is being planned to help the women who are homeless in the Durham Region? There are many homeless who are either addicted to substances or alcohol but there does not seem to be any resources for them to find stable, supportive housing and treatment. They are flocking to the Women's shelters who do not have the finances to support them but do they best they can until it becomes impossible to work with them and then what? the Streets?
